Plurk itself is an acronym of Peace, Love, Unity, Respect and Karma. Plurk has unique characteristics compared with other social networks, namely plurk will give rewards to plurker (the name for the user plurk) known by the name of karma. Karma will be given based on the number of plurk response that someone posted, active in the friendship and the number of recruiting new members.
